Challenge

The challenge was to integrate multiple data sources and workflows into one coherent system without increasing complexity. The product had to support different roles — from operational specialists (e.g. Google Ads) to finance, admin, and leadership — each with different needs and levels of detail.

At the same time, the system needed to remain easy to scan, reliable, and adaptable to evolving internal processes.

Approach

The system was designed and iterated in close collaboration with end users, continuously validated against real workflows and edge cases.

Information architecture was restructured to connect financial data, invoicing, and time tracking into a single flow. API integrations with TimeCamp and Symfonia enabled consistent data synchronization and reduced manual work.

Role-based access was introduced to tailor visibility and actions depending on the user’s responsibilities, from operational views to high-level financial summaries.

The interface focuses on scanability and prioritization. Key metrics and statuses are surfaced first, while detailed data remains accessible without overwhelming the user.

A modular design system ensures consistency and allows the product to scale alongside the organization.

Outcome

The result is a centralized system that connects financial data, invoicing, and operational inputs into one coherent workflow. It reduces fragmentation, improves data visibility, and enables faster, more confident financial decisions across different roles in the company.
